Easy Chicken Recipe

 

Easy Stir-Fry chicken and asparagus is always a hit at my place I only need one pan and it’s a quick and easy chicken recipe. Even better there's not a lot of clean up.

For this recipe you will need:

 

1 cup of uncooked long grain rice

2 tablespoons of vegetable oil

1 lbs of skinless boneless chicken breasts

1/3 cup of your favorite stir-fry sauce

1 red bell pepper

1 yellow bell pepper

Half a pound of young asparagus

 

Cut the bell peppers into about ½ inch strips

Cut the asparagus into about 1 inch long sections

Cut the chicken into strips that are about ½ an inch wide.

Cook the rice and palace in a warmer.

Hot wok cold oil food wont stick.

So heat up the wok add the oil and then the chicken. Stir the chicken untill done. About 4 minutes it the wok was hot enough.

Add in the peppers and asparagus and cook for about 2 more minutes.

Add in the stir-fry sauce and mixing it in with the chicken and vegetables and server hot over the rice.

This is one easy chicken recipe that you will make over and over
